DESCRIPTION:Trick-or-Treat in the world’s most haunted library. Win prizes for best costumes. Enjoy Evansville’s best food trucks. Beer garden + Adult beverages from Haynie’s Corner Brewing Co. for our 21+ visitors. A Halloween double feature in the park with movies\, Hocus Pocus and Psycho. This event would not be possible without the financial donation from Berry Global and other contributions from local businesses. \n \nThe festivities begin at 4:00PM with floor by floor trick-or-treating for children inside of Willard Public Library. Then at 5:30PM outside\, food trucks The Grilled Cheese Queen\, Chino Taco and Sweet Dreams À La Mode along with the beer garden (age 21+) will open. At approximately 6:15PM\, our first movie of the night\, Hocus Pocus will begin. Psycho\, the second movie of our double feature will begin shortly after Hocus Pocus. WPL Staff from each department will judge costumes during the event\, so dress up in your favorite costume to win gift cards. \nPlease park in the Berry Global Parking lot and bring your own chairs or blankets. This event is open to the public. Trick-or-treating and movies are free.
