Dr. James MacLeod will explore the World War II cartoons of nationally-acclaimed editorial cartoonist Karl Kae Knecht, who worked for The Evansville Courier from 1906 to 1960. A member of the University of Evansville's History Department, Dr. MacLeod has published the books "Evansville in World War II" and "The Cartoons of Evansville's Karl Kae Knecht: Half a Century of Artistic Activism" in recent years.
